January 2007 18 The CSIS Strengthening the Global Partnership Project and the CSIS Europe Program co-hosted a luncheon roundtable discussion with Mr. Hellmut Hoffman, Germany's Director for Nuclear Arms Control and Nonproliferation in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Director Hoffman remarked on Germany's nonproliferation priorities during its 2007 G-8 and EU presidencies.
